We offer diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for smartphones, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and related devices. All services are subject to device condition and part availability.
We provide free diagnostics to assess the issue with your device. A repair quote will be provided based on the diagnosis. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair.
By leaving your device with us, you authorize FlexRepairs to perform the necessary repairs. We will never perform additional services without your consent.
We use certified replacement parts only. All repairs come with a 30-day limited warranty covering the specific issue repaired. Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering. Opening the device voids the warranty.
We aim to complete same-day repairs where possible. This depends on part availability and repair complexity.
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash.
Devices not collected within 30 days may be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled.
We are not liable for data loss, pre-existing damage, or delays due to third-party suppliers. Please back up your device before repair.
We do not access or store personal data. Any access needed for testing is limited to functionality checks only.
We are not liable for damage during transit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Software-related remote fixes follow the same terms. No warranty for third-party app issues or misuse.
